How should I use my Silky Glows silk pouch?

Take a shower with hot water for 10-15 minutes before using the silk pouch.

Shower at the highest possible temperature to soften your skin enough

Wash and rinse your body with soap under a hot shower (do not use oil)

After your skin sweats enough and softens, wash the silk pouch with hot water.
